Water is essential for human life, and it’s important to stay hydrated whether you’re working out, going about your day or just trying to relax. Most people know that they should drink plenty of water, but not everyone knows about the benefits of distilled water. In this blog post, we’ll discuss what distilled water is, the health benefits of drinking it and how to make sure you’re getting enough fluids each day.

    What is distilled water?

When you think about the word “water,” chances are that you’re thinking about a glass of H20 filled with ice cubes and condensation on the side. But water is all around you, and it plays a big role in your life. Even though it’s hard to believe, only about 2% of the Earth’s total water is fresh H2O like lakes and rivers. The rest of it is saltwater or sits below the ground. Because we need access to clean water for drinking and washing, we’ve built heavy machinery to pump it from the ground and purify it so that we can use it.

    How is distilled water made?

Distilled water is created by boiling saltwater and capturing the purified steam as it rises. When you boil water, any impurities in the mixture turn to gas and rise with the steam. The steam is then condensed into a pure liquid form of water, leaving behind toxins and other impurities that were in the saltwater originally. This distilled H2O is sterile and has no taste or smell.

The Benefits of Drinking Distilled Water

There are many benefits to drinking distilled water over regular tap water. If you’re not sure about whether you should drink it, here are some reasons why it’s a great idea:

ü  Stays fresher for longer periods of time

ü  Contains more oxygen than tap or filtered water. Because of this, your cells can get more energy from distilled H20 than they could if you drank another type of fluid.

ü  You’ll promote better health in general because of the extra oxygen. For example, cell damage caused by free radicals is reduced thanks to this added element.

ü  Does not cause mineral loss in the body, so you can stay hydrated while avoiding serious medical conditions like kidney stones or osteoporosis.

ü  Your skin will be good if you drink distilled water.

ü  Your body will result in weight loss if you consistently drink distilled water.

ü  Your organs will be healthy with this water

ü  Your lifespan will increase due to a healthy body.

ü  Your brain will function well by drinking this water.

You can also ship or import distilled water if you don’t have this water in your country and use this shipping water for your better health.

How to Know if You Need More Fluids

Everyone should drink lots of water each day, but some people need more than others depending on things like their age, weight and how much they’re exerting themselves physically. If you’re not sure whether you need more fluids, ask your doctor what he would recommend for you based on your age and activity levels.

Water helps regulate your body temperature when it’s hot outside and assists with digestion when it’s cold outside. Sometimes it’s difficult to know how much you should drink, but the general rule of thumb is that you should drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water or other type of fluid every day.

    Conclusion

It doesn’t matter what type of water you like to drink. If you’re not drinking distilled H20, now might be the time to start. With all of its benefits for your overall health and wellness, distilling your own water at home makes a lot of sense.
